Before he could be struck down, the Gate of Time from Terrako appears and Yunobo comes out and uses a similar barrier to block the lethal blow, much to Daruk's surprise that another Goron can use his power, but Yunobo assures him that he is there to help. Eventually Fireblight Ganon slams hard onto Daruk's forcefield which shatters it and stuns Daruk which renders him in a helpless state as it proceeds to throw a large fiery rock at him. Daruk is stuck inside Divine Beast Vah Rudania when he is attacked by Fireblight Ganon, and he fights back, and he ends up using Daruk's Protection often refusing to back down. ![]() When Calamity Ganon emerges from Hyrule Castle, its sends four Blight Ganons to the Divine Beasts in order to corrupt them and kill their pilots. Fireblight Ganon will shoot fireballs out at you and you can either hide behind a pillar, or more effectively, just shoot them with an arrow to disintegrate them. It will now float higher above and you will no longer be able to hit it with your sword. This second phase of Fireblight Ganon is actually somewhat easier. After half of its health is depleted, it will transition to the second phase of the battle. It will also occasionally throw out a bunch of small fireballs in your direction and I would suggest quickly running away or blocking them if you have a powerful shield. However, We think the best way to defeat it is to strategically dodge one of its attacks, allowing you to perform a Flurry Rush, and hit him multiple times with whatever is your most powerful weapon.ĭuring this phase, Fireblight Ganon will occasionally do consecutive horizontal slashes, so be careful. Alternatively, you can avoid everything by keeping your distance. ![]() Its vertical slashes can be dodged by jumping sideways, whereas its horizontal slash can be dodged by jumping over them.
